New Programme Alert!

Over the past two years, I have coached several women who have experienced a marriage breakup and had to start again on their own.

After years of sharing the mental and practical load, they suddenly found themselves “going it alone”. The shift was significant and often overwhelming.

This showed up in many areas:

  • Managing finances and understanding cashflow, debt, and long-term decisions

  • Childcare logistics and parenting without a partner to share responsibility

  • Household administration — insurance, utilities, maintenance, compliance

  • Making decisions they previously deferred or never needed to think about

  • Carrying the full emotional and mental load, while still showing up for work and family

Where a partner had once “handled it” or had been the default decision-maker, these women now had to learn everything themselves — often while grieving, adjusting, and trying to stay afloat.

This programme is designed to support women through that transition: building confidence, capability, and clarity so they can move from survival mode to feeling steady, informed, and in control again.

If this resonates with you, or someone you know, I would love to have a conversation.
